We are located in North Port, FL
Our cattle are allowed to live a natural lifestyle with a diet of grass and hay, access to sunlight, fresh water and exercise - from birth to processing. They are never subject to the physical and mental stress of a commercial feedlot - and this directly affects the quality of our meat for the better.
Compared with grass-fed meat, grain-fed meat contains more
total fat, saturated fat, and calories. It also has less vitamin E, beta-carotene, and two health-promoting fats called omega-3 fatty acids and “conjugated linoleic acid,” or CLA.
Grassfed meat is leaner, denser, less watery, and far more flavorful than grain fed meat.

1/8 Cow Share is approx. 50#'s @ $11.00 per pound/ $110 deposit required
1/4 Cow Share is approx. 100#'s @ $10.00 per pound / $200 deposit required
1/2 Cow Share is approx. 200#'s @ $9.50 per pound / $400 deposit required
Whole Cow Share is approx. 400-500#'s @ $9.00 per pound / $800 deposit required
All Shares consist of approx :
50% hamburger or stew meat, 20% various steaks,
20% various roasts and 10% misc such as ribs/soup bones.
(We do not offer bones or other animal parts separately from share orders)
All meat is labeled by cut by a professional butcher, custom cutting is available for your share.
All our prices reflect ACTUAL MEAT WEIGHT and is what you will actually be putting in your freezer.
Don't be fooled by cheap "hang weight" prices from other producers, this is NOT the amount of meat you will take home.
